How to Download SBI Apprentice 2026 Admit Card – Step by Step
- Visit the IBPS / SBI Portal: Open the authorized IBPS candidate login portal linked directly from the SBI careers page.
- Choose Language: Select your preferred language (Hindi or English) for downloading the call letter on the login screen.
- Enter Credentials: Input your Registration Number (or Roll Number) and Password (or Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format).
- Solve Captcha: Type the alphanumeric security code exactly as displayed on the screen and click 'Login'.
- Print Call Letter: Check your exam center, shift timing, and reporting instructions, then print a clear copy. Ensure you affix a recent passport-size photograph on the printed admit card.

SBI Apprentice 2026 – What Appearing Candidates Should Know
The SBI Apprentice 2026 online written examination strictly follows a 100-mark format divided across four sections: General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. Each section carries 25 questions for 25 marks, and candidates are given a sectional time limit of 15 minutes per section, making the total exam duration 1 hour. Candidates must be highly accurate as a negative marking penalty of 1/4th (0.25) marks is applied for every incorrect answer.
Candidates who clear the written examination merit list will proceed to the Test of Local Language. If a candidate cannot produce a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet indicating they have studied the specified opted local language of the state they applied for, they must undergo this proficiency test. Failing the local language test results in immediate disqualification, irrespective of the written exam score.
Apprentices selected under the SBI 2026 drive will serve a strictly bounded training period of one year. During this tenure, they are entitled to a fixed monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances or benefits like DA, HRA, TA, or PF that regular bank employees receive. After the completion of the one-year term, the apprenticeship ends automatically.
