Students can download their class-specific provisional answer key PDFs by following these simple steps:

2. Navigate to the Notifications/Downloads: Look for the "Notifications" or "Student Corner" section on the homepage.
3. Select the Link: Click on the link for "Provisional Answer key For Matric Class -July 2026" or "Provisional Answer key For Plus Two Class -July 2026" depending on your class.
4. View the PDF: The answer key document will open displaying the correct options for the MCQs of various subjects.

How to Raise Objections Against the HPBOSE Provisional Answer Key

If a student finds discrepancies in the provisional answers provided by the board, they hold the right to challenge them. The board has established a strict protocol for this process:

• Timeline: Objections must reach the board office no later than 17 August 2026, 5:00 PM.

Once the deadline of 17 August passes, HPBOSE will convene a committee of subject matter experts and teachers to thoroughly review all valid, fact-based objections. Based on the committee's final recommendation report, the board will draft the Final Answer Key.

No further objections will be entertained against the final key. The final evaluation of the MCQs and the subsequent preparation of the HPBOSE Supplementary Exam Results will be based strictly on this finalized answer key. Students can expect their results to be published shortly thereafter.
