Candidates can download their OMR response sheets and the official provisional answer key by following these steps:
- Visit Official Portal: Open the NTA NEET official website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ or neet.nta.nic.in.
- Login/Find Link: Look for the link reading "Click Here for Answer Key Challenge".
- Enter Credentials: Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth along with the security pin.
- View & Download: You will find options to view your scanned OMR sheet and the provisional answer key. Download the PDF files.
- Calculate Score: Compare your recorded responses with the official key to estimate your NEET UG score.
NTA NEET UG 2026 – Answer Key Challenge Process
If a candidate believes that an answer provided in the provisional key is incorrect, they are permitted to challenge it. The process is as follows:
- Processing Fee: Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200/- per challenged answer.
- OMR Grading Challenge: Candidates can also challenge the recorded response (if they feel the OMR grading is incorrect) by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200/- per question.
- Review Process: Challenges made by candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts. If found correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly.
- Final Result: The final result will be prepared and declared based on the revised Final Answer Key. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge.
