The recruitment process is conducted in three rigorous stages to test the aptitude, reasoning, and communicative abilities of candidates.

1. Preliminary Examination: A 100-mark online test covering English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates must clear sectional cut-offs to qualify for the Mains.
2. Mains Examination: A comprehensive online test (200 marks) encompassing Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation. It also includes an English Language Descriptive Paper (Letter Writing & Essay) worth 25 marks.
3. Interview: Candidates shortlisted in the Mains exam are called for a Personal Interview (100 marks) conducted by participating banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank. Final merit is determined by a weightage ratio of 80:20 (Mains Exam: Interview).
