The Madhya Pradesh School Education Department, through the GFMS portal, is inviting applications for Guest Teachers at the Primary, Junior, Middle, and High School levels for the upcoming academic session. Eligible candidates can register online from 02 May 2026 to 11 May 2026. There is no application fee for any category. The selection will be based on a merit list generated from the candidate's academic qualifications and MPTET score.

Educational Qualification
To be eligible to apply as a Guest Teacher in Madhya Pradesh government schools, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university in India.
- A B.Ed / BTC / D.El.Ed degree or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Must have passed the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (MPTET) conducted in 2018 or later.
- Note: Candidates holding a Master's degree in the relevant subject will be given preference for higher secondary levels.

How to Fill MP Guest Teacher Online Form 2026
Eligible candidates can register themselves on the GFMS portal by following these steps:
- Visit the GFMS Portal: Open the official Madhya Pradesh Guest Faculty Management System website at gfms.mp.gov.in.
- New Registration: Click on "New Registration" or "Samagra Verification" link.
- Samagra e-KYC: Enter your Samagra ID and complete the Aadhaar e-KYC process using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Fill Details: Fill in your personal, educational, and professional details accurately.
- Upload Documents: Upload the scanned copies of your educational certificates, MPTET scorecard, and recent photograph.
- Generate Score Card: After successful submission, a tentative scorecard will be generated based on your qualifications.
- Document Verification: Take a printout of the application form and scorecard. Visit your designated Sankul Principal (Nodal Officer) between 12 and 22 May 2026 for physical document verification.
