Students can apply for ICSE, ISC result recheck through “Public Services” section on the CISCE website by logging into the Service Portal using their registered email ID and password. New users can register via the “Register Now” option. School heads can submit requests through the CAREERS Portal. The recheck fee is INR 1,000 per paper for ICSE (Class 10) and INR 1,000 per subject for ISC (Class 12), per candidate. In the ICSE (Class X) examination, 1,313 candidates with learning difficulties (including dyslexia) appeared, of whom 132 scored above 90%. Additionally, 54 visually challenged candidates appeared, with 17 securing marks above 90%.

Last year, the ICSE improvement exams were held from July 1 to July 14, while the ISC improvement exams were conducted earlier, between May 30 and June 5.

More than 3.6 lakh students appeared in ICSE and ISC examinations combined. ICSE saw 258,721 candidates across 2,957 schools, while ISC recorded 103,316 candidates from 1,553 schools.

Students who are not satisfied with the recheck result of the subjects for which they had applied, will be permitted to apply for re-evaluation of their answer scripts of that/ those subjects and papers only.

CISCE has made ICSE, ISC results available across official websites and DigiLocker. This helps manage high user traffic during result declaration and allows students to check their scorecards without delays or technical issues.

In ISC Class 12 examination, 5,835 Scheduled Caste candidates recorded a pass percentage of 98.77%, while 3,786 Scheduled Tribe candidates achieved 98.84%. Among 19,191 Other Backward Classes candidates, pass percentage was 99.12%, and among 74,504 General Category candidates, it is 99.17%.

In ISC examination, 305 candidates with learning difficulties appeared, out of which 36 scored above 90%. Among 22 visually challenged candidates, 9 secured marks above 90%.

In the ICSE Class 10 examination, 17,536 Scheduled Caste students appeared and achieved a pass percentage of 98.76%, while 9,466 Scheduled Tribe candidates recorded 98.07%. A total of 64,825 Other Backward Classes candidates secured a pass percentage of 99.24%, and 166,894 General Category candidates recorded 99.26%.

The Western region secured the highest pass percentage at 99.85%, followed by the Southern region at 99.81%.

The ISC 2026 exams for Class 12 were conducted in 45 written subjects of which 13 were Indian languages and two were foreign languages and 2 classical language.

In the ISC exam, 54,118 boys and 49,198 girls appeared, accounting for 52.38% and 47.62% respectively. In the ISC 12th board exam, the Southern region recorded the highest pass percentage at 99.87%, followed by the Western region at 99.55%.

CISCE has declared ICSE and ISC results with overall pass percentages above 99. ICSE recorded 99.18%, while ISC stood at 99.13%. Students can get ICSE 10, ISC 12 results online using login credentials.

The Southern region emerged as the top performer with a pass percentage of 99.87%, followed by the Western region at 99.55%.

Students can apply for re-evaluation through ‘Public Services’ section on the CISCE website by logging into the CISCE Service Portal using their registered email ID and password. New users must register first. School heads can submit applications via CAREERS Portal.

The fee for re-evaluation is INR 1,500 per paper or subject per candidate for both ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12). The fee is non-refundable. The re-evaluation application window will open one day after the recheck results are declared and will remain active for three days only. The declaration date of re-evaluation results will be announced on the CISCE website.

ISC improvement examinations will commence from June 15, 2026. Students aiming to enhance their performance can participate in selected subjects. ISC results for these exams are expected to be released in last week of July 2026.

For ICSE Class 10 (ICSE-X) 2026, a total of 2,58,721 students appeared for examination. This included 1,37,503 boys (53.15%) and 1,21,218 girls (46.85%). Out of total students, 2,56,590 students qualified, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 99.18%. Boys recorded a qualified percentage of 98.93% with 1,36,032 students qualifying, while girls achieved a higher qualified percentage of 99.46% with 1,20,558 students qualifying.

ISC Class 12 board examinations 2026 were conducted from February 12 to April 6, 2026, across two exam shifts: a morning session and an afternoon session. In 2025, approximately 99,551 students appeared for the ISC examination. CISCE has not released the exact number of ISC 2026 registrants ahead of result declaration
