The final result, combining written examination scores and the verified document status, has been published on the official portal. Follow these steps to check your selection status:

1. Visit the Result Portal: Go to the newly established result portal at upessc.net or navigate via the main upessc.up.gov.in website.
2. Select the Final Result Link: Click on the link corresponding to "TGT 2022 Final Result" or "Subject-wise Final Selection List".
3. Log In: Enter your 10-digit Roll Number/Registration Number, Date of Birth, and the displayed security captcha code.
4. Download the Merit List: Alternatively, you can download the subject-specific PDF files (e.g., Hindi, Maths, Science) directly from the notices section.

UP TGT 2022 – What Qualified Candidates Should Know

Candidates whose names feature in the final merit list have been selected for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in recognized non-government aided high schools and intermediate colleges. They will be placed in Pay Level 7 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), with a Pay Band of ₹9,300–₹34,800 and a Grade Pay of ₹4,600. The starting basic pay is ₹44,900. After factoring in the applicable Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Medical Allowances, the initial gross monthly salary will be approximately ₹60,000 to ₹65,000.

Unlike previous recruitment cycles, the UPSESSB selection process for TGT 2022 was based entirely on the written examination marks. Interviews for the TGT posts were abolished. The final merit list reflects the marks obtained out of the total 500 marks in the written test, along with specific weightage granted to ad-hoc teachers (Shiksha Mitras) based on their service tenure.

The Board has also activated the link to download the Institution Allocation / Document Verification (DV) Letter. Candidates must log in to the portal, download their specific DV letter, and report to the allocated District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) office on the designated date.
