How to Download BCECE LE 2026 1st Round Allotment Order

Candidates who have been allotted a seat must download their provisional allotment order to proceed with document verification. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official Portal: Open the BCECEB official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Access the Counselling Link: On the homepage, locate and click on the active link for "Online Counselling Portal of BCECE (LE) - 2026".
3. Log In: Enter your BCECE LE Roll Number, Password, and the displayed security PIN to access your candidate dashboard.
4. Check Seat Allotment Status: Click on the "Seat Allotment Result" section. The screen will display the specific college and course assigned to you in the 1st round.
5. Submit Auto-Upgradation Choice: If you accept the seat, choose "NO" for auto-upgradation. If you want to be considered for higher preferences in the 2nd round, choose "YES".
6. Download and Print: Download the "Provisional Allotment Order" and print at least 3 copies, as they are mandatory for reporting at the nodal center.

BCECE LE 2026 – What Happens After Seat Allotment

Candidates who receive a seat allotment must physically report to their designated Reporting / Nodal Center for Document Verification (DV) strictly between 28 July and 30 July 2026. Failing to report within this timeframe will lead to the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will not be permitted to participate in the 2nd round of counselling.

Before arriving at the nodal center, candidates must download the specific Check Slip and Biometric Form for BCECE (LE) from the BCECEB website. You are required to bring two filled copies of the Check Slip, one copy of the Biometric Form, 3 copies of your Provisional Allotment Order, and all original academic certificates (Diploma/B.Sc marksheet, passing certificates), caste/category certificates, domicile certificate, and at least 6 passport-size photographs identical to those uploaded in the application.

Crucial Upgradation Rule: Even if a candidate opts for "YES" to auto-upgradation, they must report to the allotted nodal center to complete the document verification process. After successful verification, their original documents will be returned with a signed verification slip, making them eligible for a higher preference seat in the 2nd round.
