• UG Arts (B.A.): Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination (I.A. / I.Sc. / I.Com.) or 10+2 from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) or any other equivalent approved National/State Board.
• UG Science (B.Sc.): Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination (I.A. / I.Sc. / I.Com.) or 10+2 from an approved Board. (Note: Candidates from non-science streams must meet specific percentage criteria to switch to a Science Honours program, if permitted by university ordinances).

Candidates selected in the 2nd merit list must download their official selection letter to proceed with the physical admission process. Follow these instructions:

1. Visit the Official Samarth Portal: Go to the centralized admission portal for LNMU at lnmuadm.samarth.edu.in.
2. Access Student Login: Click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter Credentials: Input your registered Application Number/Email ID and the Password created during the initial registration process.
4. Download Selection Letter: Once logged into your dashboard, click on the "Print Selection Letter" or "Allotment Status" link.

LNMU UG Admission 2026 – What Selected Candidates Should Know

Candidates whose names appear in the LNMU UG 2nd Merit List 2026-30 must report to their allotted constituent or affiliated college within the stipulated admission window. Failure to report and complete the document verification process by the deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will forfeit their claim for admission in subsequent rounds.

The admission process is fundamentally provisional. The college administration will rigorously verify the uploaded marks against the original Class 12th board marksheet. Any discrepancy found between the marks entered in the Samarth portal and the original documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
