How to Download Bihar Polytechnic DCECE 2026 Allotment Order

Candidates allotted a seat in the revised 2nd round must download their fresh allotment order to proceed with admission. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official Portal: Open the BCECEB official website at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Go to the Counselling Section: Click on the link for "Online Counselling Portal of DCECE (PE) - 2026".
3. Log In: Select your stream and enter your Roll Number, Password, and the displayed security PIN to sign in.
4. Check Seat Allotment Status: Click on the "Seat Allotment Result" section. The screen will display the college and course allotted to you in the revised 2nd round.
5. Download Allotment Order: Proceed to download the "Provisional Allotment Order". Print at least 3 copies, as they are mandatory for reporting at the nodal center.

Bihar Polytechnic DCECE 2026 – What Happens After Seat Allotment

Candidates who have been allotted a seat must physically report to their designated Reporting / Nodal Center for Document Verification (DV) strictly between 25 July and 28 July 2026. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will not be considered for subsequent rounds (if any).

Before proceeding to the nodal center, candidates must download and pre-fill the Check Slip and Biometric Form available on the BCECEB website. You must bring two copies of the Check Slip, one copy of the Biometric Form, 3 copies of your Provisional Allotment Order, and all original academic certificates (10th/12th marksheets, passing certificates), caste/category certificates, domicile certificates, and at least 6 passport-size photographs identical to the one uploaded in the application.

Upgradation Status: If you are satisfied with the allotted seat, you must choose "NO" for auto-upgradation while downloading the order. If you select "YES" for auto-upgradation, you must still report to the nodal center for DV. After successful verification, your original documents will be returned with a verification slip, and you will be considered for a higher preference in the next Mop-Up round (if conducted).
