1. Visit the portal: Go to the official BPSC application portal at bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click New User Registration: Select the One Time Registration (OTR) option on the homepage.
3. Enter personal details: Fill in your name, father's name, mother's name, gender, date of birth, and Aadhaar details exactly as per your documents — these fields cannot be edited after submission.
4. Provide contact details: Enter a valid, active email ID and mobile number; both are mandatory for OTP verification during OTR.
5. Upload documents: Upload your scanned photograph and signature as per specification, either manually or via your DigiLocker account.
