How to Check JEECUP Allotment Result 2026 – Step by Step
- Visit the Official Admission Portal: Go to the JEECUP counselling website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
- Select the Login Link: Click on the link designated for "Seat Allotment Result of UPJEE (Polytechnic) 2026 - Round 1".
- Enter Credentials: Log in using your Application Number, Password, and the displayed security pin.
- Check Allotment Status: Click on the 'Seat Allotment Result' tab on the left-hand menu to see which college and branch you have been assigned.

JEECUP 2026 – What Allotted Candidates Should Know
Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 1 must undergo a mandatory seat acceptance process to retain their claim on the seat. The first step involves submitting your willingness by choosing either Freeze (if you are satisfied with the allotted college and branch) or Float (if you wish to retain the current seat but participate in the next round for an upgrade).
Regardless of whether you choose Freeze or Float, all allotted candidates must pay a Seat Acceptance Security Fee of ₹3,000 online through their candidate dashboard. Failure to pay this security fee within the stipulated time frame will automatically cancel the allotted seat, and the candidate will be excluded from all subsequent counselling rounds.
Candidates opting for the Freeze option must proceed to their designated Help Center (usually a nearby Government Polytechnic Institute) for Document Verification (DV). You must carry your original documents, including the Class 10/12 mark sheets, category certificate (OBC/SC/ST/EWS issued after 01 April 2026), domicile certificate, JEECUP Admit Card, Rank Card, and the provisional allotment letter. After successful verification, the remaining institutional fee must be deposited online to finalize the admission.
