If the number of applications received for PET 2026 is very high and conducting the written exam for all candidates in a single shift or day is not feasible, the Commission may hold it across multiple shifts or days. In that case, a score normalisation process applies for fair comparison across shifts — candidates were already informed of this via Commission notice no. 42/05/Advt. Section (11)/2019, dated 22 May 2019. The Commission's decision on normalisation is final.
